C.R. Gibson Return & Exchange Policy

C.R. Gibson offers the highest quality products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns for merchandise purchased on CRGibson.com up to 30 days after the date your order was placed.

    To return or exchange an item:
  1. Contact us at 1.800.243.6004 (option 2) We are available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
    Within the Contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories):
  1. We will request FedEx Corporation (FedEx) email you a pre-paid shipping label (for wrong or defective merchandise only).
  2. Once you receive the email, you must print the label, adhere the label to your package, and drop off the package at a FedEx facility. The Return Authorization Number and your Order Number must be written on the outside of all boxes returned.
    Outside the Contiguous United States:
  1. Customer Service will provide you with the C.R. Gibson Returns Department address based on the type of return. If you are outside the contiguous United States or your return does not qualify for free return shipping, you will have to pay the return-shipping fee.
  2. Please ship your return back to us by a traceable method. If we can't track your package to our warehouse, we can't issue a refund.

  3. Keep a list of the products you are sending back for your reference.

Is there a time limit on returns?

We accept Returns & Exchanges within 30 days after purchase.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

If you choose to return a product purchased on CRGibson.com, you will receive a refund for the cost of the product and tax only. We do not provide refunds on shipping, however, in most cases we will cover the cost of the shipping to send your product back to us (see above). If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will exchange or issue a refund for your return and any applicable taxes and shipping charges. All exchanges are charged a re-shipping fee.

Can I get a refund for a C.R. Gibson virtual gift card?

We do not offer partial or full refunds for virtual gift cards purchased at crgibson.com. For all terms and conditions related to gift cards visit: https://www.crgibson.com/company/gift-cards/.

If I received a C.R. Gibson product as a gift, can I return it?

We only accept returns for merchandise purchased by consumers on our website www.crgibson.com or purchased by phone at 1.800.243.6004 (option 2) up to 30 days after purchase.

When will I see the refund on my account?

Your refund will be processed after we receive the returned merchandise. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for returns to be received and processed. Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

Do you issue price adjustments?

We are unable to offer price adjustments on products that go on sale after a purchase is made.


If you were charged sales tax for your purchase, the appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

What if I received my order and it is damaged?

Contact customer service for a replacement at 1.800.243.6004 (option 2) or email us at customerservice@crgibson.com.

International Orders

Payment is collected in USD. If you choose to return a product for a refund, refunds will be processed in USD.
