Classic, clever, convenient...

This is the perfect little notebook. The size makes him (I name all of my notebooks...I know =^))easy to carry with or without a bag or while carrying other things. He is toughand cash take a tumble then look just as clean 5 seconds later. My favorite are the dots....make putting my thought process down as easy & as fluid picking the thoughts back up which sometimes can be a challenge if you haven't guessed on that one already. And...death grey and red...muah, perfecto

28 yr Day-Timer/Franklin Covey 7 ring planner user test

You tend to stick with things that work for you in life which is why I have been a loyal planner user all these years.

As a manager, I can't tell you how many times an employee will ask for a reference in my planner of a date something occurred or was said knowing I record all significant business occurrences in my planner.

At 61 yrs old I find myself being a lone wolf using these 7 ring binders as evident at a national sales meeting with 400 participants. I did not see anybody carrying a 7 ring binder but saw small notebooks and quite a few participants using their phones to snap pictures rather than taking notes. The world has certainly changed.

I am convinced that our memories may differ but the flood of information is overwhelming and when I see employees show up to meetings without a pen or notepad I shake my head. I know without jotting down notes I am doomed to fail which brings me to this review.

I have been hesitant to switch off something that works so well for me over the years but as in technology why not try to move forward with the latest format and see if it works for me.

I bought this Bullet Journal a few months ago and began formatting it and here is what I find:

Not too small, pages lay flat (A+), easy to format to your liking, Page Finder has many handy symbols to help with emphasizing a note, and highlighter doesn't bleed through the page. Very impressed thus far and look forward to seeing how durable it holds up over time. I will review it at the end of the year again. So far so good...impressed.

The only Journal/Planner I've actually stuck to

Most notebooks usually get tossed in a drawer somewhere. When I sit down to plan my day/week/month I actually enjoy it. There is just enough print to be useful, and it isn't overwhelmingly standardized. It's all customized by you!
I use the ruler to draw up my months, make check lists, keep notes. I love it!
If I miss a few days, or fall off of it for a week or two it isn't wasted paper due to already printed dates.

I also love the feel of it the cover/paper, it's very durable compared to other planners I've had. I've filled my current one half way and I'm glad I was able to find the website to order others. This definitely won't be the last journal I use from C.R. Gibson.

Works Great

I've been using these style journals for well over a year now. On my third one and still love the page design. I use it for work and the index helps me get to the pages I need when referencing past notes.

Better Undated Journal Option

Found this at Staples and thought to try it for personal journal. I've tried many different types. On dated types, I sometimes missed days, so I wasted paper. On one undated type I had to write all the calendar information each day. The Bulleting Log Journal is flexible enough to use all the pages, but only the days I have information to record. Selecting the date is quick. Regularly used it for 2 months.
