I recently ordered two packs of the individual refill notebooks. The ordering process was easy and the product arrived on time. The reason for the two star rating is because the product wasn't well shipped. In the past, the items were individually wrapped in the plastic sheeting protecting the notebook. This time they were all unwrapped and just had a piece of cardboard in between each one. The notebooks were dirty from rubbing against the cardboard and the just didn't look like the quality product we have ordered in the past.
